Maximum Budget Option

Please introduce a compulsory Maximum Budget option before a Job is posted, where-in the buyer has to put the maximum amount he can spend for the job before posting it. So we have an idea of how much the buyer is willing to spend & thus we can send our proposals with a fair price.

Ever since the Experience feature has been added, many of the buyers have been taking the System for Granted by getting their Jobs done at a very cheap rate. They don't mention the budget while posting.

Many New freelancers don't know really know how much a Job is actually worth. So they apply for such Jobs (where the budget is not mentioned by the buyer) at a very low price, which is not fair to the Experienced freelancers who actually know what the job is worth.

Please consider adding this feature, it will definitely improve the system.
