dealing with rude freelancers

I have been dealing with different freelancers and I have encountered a few who are extremely rude and aggressive, e.g. Camtu C.

You can only rate a freelancer for a job done. Yet, good service starts with a friendly attitude towards the client and specially willingness to understand client's requests.

Since this is a professional community, good manners shouldn't be optional but essential.
