Hi there,

I seem to be having problems updating my profile.  I rewrote my about section, added a cover image and made a few other edits but when I clicked 'done' and viewed my profile nothing had been saved.  

I tried several times and all I am seeing is the old info.  The only thing that did work was when I added new portfolio images.  

If you can help me, I'd like to freshen up my info before I apply for new jobs.

  I am also having this problem. The only section which I can update is hourly rate.

  Hi I've just joined your platform a few days ago, and I might have not really had time to think about my profile when I initially drafted it the first time. However, I've been attempting to rewrite my 'About myself' section and also change the profile image to a better one, how can I go about doing this?

  Under "Edit Your Profile", under "Do you represent a

  Company" , Yes or No options are not getting 

  selected as the options are inactive. I want to say

  "No: there.  For want of this option, my profile is 

  incomplete. Please help. Thanks

  My mobile contact number is +91-9881470740. My account is active. However, 

  while submitting a proposal, there is remark " You can't send a proposal since your Freelancer Application is not approved"

  What should I do to get my Freelancer Application approved. Presently I cannot submit any proposal to get job.
