Bank payment issues

Hello,

I have sent 170 pound and got 135 usd dollar to my bank account. I was confirmed by pph that 150.87 pound has been sent to my bank.

The currency was in pound,but got currency in usd with the low amount. Can you please help me to solve the issues .
