Another Application Rejection

So, I have been a user on PPH for a long time but had to step away for health reasons and have only recently come back to the site. When I logged in I was asked to re submit my profile, not a huge surprise or issue. 

 

I was rejected initially because I had a logo as my profile picture, soon rectified with simple photo of myself. This was then rejected again, this time because the picture was not clear enough. Again I quick easy fix and a new picture, now I have been rejected again and the site will not let me re submit. According to the profile dashboard it is because the picture is unclear still, any help would be great as I can't make the picture any clearer.

  my account is rejected how it is so that i dont know please opened my account.
