My Seller Status Was Disapproved

Hi,

I have been trying to sign up to become a seller.  I entered my profile picture, it's genuinely me and a thorough description but I have been declined.  I'm unable to email back...  Please could you let me know what I did wrong as i'd very much like to become approved!!
