New features required - moderating Clarification Board comments and blocking specific PPH users

I was hoping that PPH developers consider introducing features like moderating comments in the Clarification Board and blocking a specific PPH user. Features like this are necessary and would significantly help to improve buyers' user experience to avoid rude and annoying sellers and focus only on those interested in their jobs.

Whenever I post a new job, a few freelancers write disrespectful comments in the Clarification Board while I never invite these specific people to work with us. But every single time I post a job, the same users comment again. They are not interested in the job, they just want to express their opinion about our rates (these people are mainly from the UK), so it's a whole waste of time for both parties, yet, nothing can be done to stop or prevent it.

It's really annoying and hurts our reputation here on PPH because these people write hostile things that make us appear a sort of frauds and exploiters to other freelancers who might be interested in writing for us. I cannot delete or hide these comments and it's impossible to block these users to prevent them from seeing my job postings. Reporting them also doesn't help because they don't insult me directly and don't use inappropriate language.

It's a shame that there is no possibility to block a specific user or delete a comment. I saw that it's even impossible to hide or delete a past job posting, and all my buyer's activity (including all those comments) is visible to anyone on the internet, even if they are not a PPH member!

So I believe that PPH developers should look into it and consider introducing this kind of features. Another thing that could be done is making a job posting visible only to specific categories of sellers. Now it can be done only based on a seller's location, but a good idea would be to add a similar feature which would allow buyers to make their jobs visible only to the sellers with specific rate ranges.
