Hi There,

You removed Skrill as a payment method so I added Paypal. I submitted a paypal screen grab about a week ago and it is still saying "under review". I was wondering how long it is supposed to take? I would like to withdraw funds.

  Thank you for your message.
  We need at least 7 working days to verify all documents, so would request you to please be patient however we will try to get them verified as soon as possible. You won't get notified, however when you check your withdrawal accounts, it will appear as approved from us.

  I have misspelled the name of national ID card.
  But why not accept a scanned copy my national ID card
  Why can not withdraw my money.
  Would you please arrange for me to withdraw money.
