Client says he has awaded the job by mistake

Hello,

I've been awarded this project, and paid by the client without submitting any work

#1472784 Need a CGI for a new build block of flats and brochure developed on the ba

the client then says he has awarded me the project and paid by mistake, he wanted to pay a different freelancer with a familiar name.

Given that, and the fact that he paid before I even got a chance to do any work, I've refunded him the money. As a consequence I've lost 525 points. I don't think that is fair at all! Is there any way to get the points back? 

Also I think the project still shows in my work-stream in progress. Is there any way to take it off of my current work-stream?

Hope this can be worked out somehow..
