Receiving bonus

Hi,

I would like to know how can a buyer make a bonus payment to the freelancer after the job has been completed. Also does PPH charge a fee on the bonus given to the freelancer. Can someone please guide.

  Unfortunately, they don't have any bonus policy in place for this.

  This is the response from the PPH team:

  I kindly apologise but I am afraid that there is no separate option to receive a bonus to your payment, however, you may simply raise an extra invoice for the amount that your wants to pay as a bonus. Also the fee will be charged from it.

  I've had clients want to add a bonus to invoices before, and because PH do not offer the facility, it becomes awkward - they have to tell me in advance etc, and I have to add it to the invoice.
  
  I understand why PPH would not want that extra income to be commission free - people could easily abuse such a system.
  
  However, there are ways to implement a 'tip' section, that would be beneficial to them too. After all, users get the option on other online services, and it encourages clients to reward quality/speedy service too.
  
  Why not add a 'Do you wish to add a tip' to the invoice client side?
