Freelancer is wasting my time.
This is my first time with peopleperhour and quite frankly, not a good experience to date.
I was quoted 4-5 days for my proposed idea. It's now been 13 days and the freelancer claims to have completed the work.
So the seller has uploaded the work to a cloud server for me to test. Needless to say it does not work. I have gone back and forth to the seller constantly for them to fix the issues, yet they introduce new issues and problems.
How can I get my money back as I'm clearly being messed around by a freelancer who obviously doesn't know how to create it and is interested in only the money.

Thank you for your message.To request a refund, once logged in to your account, go to the workstream your are referring to and when you scroll all the way down to the bottom, on the top of the text box, you will find a link to "Request Refund" and specify the reason for the refund.
If the seller approves the refund request the funds are transferred to your wallet shortly.
If the Seller does not respond to a Refund Request within three (3) working days (a “non-actioned” Refund Request) then PPH may release the funds automatically back to you.
