Seller application not approved

My seller application was declined because the changes i made on my profile was not saved for some reason. 

Today I received an email that my profile changes are finally reflected on my account but I can't seem to re-submit my application now and I don't know why.

Whenever I click the "re-submit application" button, the page just refreshes and shows me the same page with the "re-submit application" button.

Can anyone please help me out with this? Thanks
