Hello PPH team!

I am in the process of my payoneer account validation.

I have been asked to provide my ID and utility bill as a part of the process.

I am a foreign citizen living in another country and rent out my apartment.  Therefore my utility bills do not show my name since I am not the owner of the place.

My residence permit shows my address in this country.  Will it be sufficient if I submit my residence permit as both proof of identity and a document confirming my current address?

Please advice
