Editing profile name

Hello,

Can I get some assistance in changing my profile name? The edit function is blocked on this aspect of the profile which is annoying and seems to be a common complaint/help topic

  I Sent In A Query About This To Customer Service Informing Them That I Am Unable To Edit My Name And To Email To Correct The Error At The Time Of Filling Out The Application My Auto-Fill Displaced The Information As Far As My Name When I Realized This I Attempted To Correct The Problem Yet Not Given Access To Do So, Please Advise How To Correct This Error Thank You.
