Hello,

I requested Job for leaflet designing the guy designed it but had an issue with the size i requested a resize  on 3rd day i got the design again but it was not the size i requested he then asked for more money £30 to fix the size it was his job to fix it in first go 

1st printing error mes

our print data was created in the format 146 x 215,9 mm and does therefore not correspond to the product which you ordered.

Please adjust your print data to the data format (152 x 214 mm), which means trimmed size plus 2 mm circumferential bleed.

 

2nd error mes

Your print data was created in the format 215,9 x 279,4 mm and does therefore not correspond to the product which you ordered.

Please adjust your print data to the data format (152 x 214 mm), which means trimmed size plus 2 mm circumferential bleed. Please re-upload your data subsequently.

 

 

resizing should be done in 1st request but he refused
