Bank account document rejected

Hi

Ive had an email saying bank account document rejected as name not on it..

My name was on it "Noble R"

 

can you help please?

  The same thing happened for me! My bank account's document was rejected (don't know the reasons) though I sent what was requested!

  Kindly be informed that I already use this bank account to wire transfer my payments on UpWork!
