I can't resubmit my application

I have tried to upload 2 different profile pictures and resubmit the application but the page just reloads and nothing happens. I got this message:

"A few changes needed to start selling!

After a close review of your application we've determined that to accept to sell on PeoplePerHour, You need to take the following action: Provide a genuine profile picture."

Please take a look and help me T.T Thank you!
