Pending withdrawal

Hi, now it has been 4 days since I initiated the clearing of my withdrawal methods and they are still pending. This should NOT take this long, it is highly unsatisfactory. You do not make this kind of check when I want to deposit money, which is a bit interesting, isn't it?

  Hello Good day, I submitted the documents you need yet it is saying my withdrawal for payments is pending....how long does it need to be pending?
