Not able to apply on invited job

Respected Madam/Sir.

I was getting a job initiation with the message like " Plus, applying now means you won't use any of your available bid credits!"

When I try to apply on my relevant skill set job post then I am getting the message like "You do not have any available credits to send a proposal. You can buy more credits here". Also, few credits available spent while applying on invited jobs.

Since three days I've got more than 40 jobs invitations but I was not able to apply on any of them.

Kindly let me know what is the reason I am not able to do so.
