Documents under review

The last job I worked on was for a new user. She had not uploaded her documents. So when I sent an invoice to her, she was able to deposit money into the escrow but it got Rejected by PPH. I had uploaded my identification documents more than a week ago. The documents still say "under review". Funds are lying in the escrow account but not getting deposited into my PPH account. Please help.
