Hourly rejescted

Dear,

I've tried (twice) to create an hourly,

how ever my feedback is;   `include a little more information about the service you are offering so that Buyers know exactly what they would be getting for the fixed price.

my discription; 

"I will make a UML diagram of any type (inc. Use case, class, sequence & state diagrams).

This hourly is for 1 diagram, please see the add-on's for extra diagrams. If more than 5 diagrams are requested price will be further reduced.

They'll all be confirm IREB standards and I'll provide you the JPG & Visio file of each diagram.

If you choose to order the explanatory documentation you'll still get the JPG & Visio files next to the document including all the diagrams.

I am a system designer / business analyst and I have 7 years full time experience in technical documentation, including UML diagrams."

How can this guy (who sells the same) have been approved with discription;

"I will make a UML diagram of any type in 1-3 day. I have experience in all types of UML diagrams. This offer includes only one UML, request for a custom offer for multiple diagrams. Note price will be reduced in case of multiple diagrams.

How is is that their Hourlies are fine while mine doesn't hold enought detail while mine holds much more details..

Please explain what I have to change..
