unable to draw money from PPH wallet

Hi PPH team ,
I have uploaded all the required ID and complete verification process .Also done payment setting with withdrawal accounts and identification documents but identification documents are still pending and i'm unable to withdraw my funds from PPH. Please help me in this issue .
