Close the job and get money from Escrow account.

This was my first job. My client had deposited the money to the escrow account. But I cant get the money to my account. I found the option to close the job but I couldn't. When I asked my client he said that he had already release the money. I hoped that he was talking about the deposition to the escrow account just. That's right. But that job is shown up pending, not closed or finished.And in my account I still don't have a review which was meant to be . Now I need to close the job and have the money in my account. Please help me out.

  Please would you confirm what my dormant balance is?  And if I've been charged any admin fees? And lastly, I'd like to withdraw any funds and close the account. I paid Sketchanet a webdesigner four years ago - only PPH was given as the payment option. However, I have had no further use for PPH and now I've been told that I'll be charged from 1st March if I don't withdraw my dormant balance? Best, Helen
