Payoneer account not approved yet

I'm facing a problem since I finished my first contract, I can't withdraw my money, I set my Payoneer account and I found that you request a screenshoot or scanned copy or photo without any clearness what exactly do you need to approve the account. this very unclear instructions to approve my account :

after I attached an image from my account your refused it with this Email sent to me :

Please note that your Untitled.jpg document was rejected for the following reason: Please provide a screenshot of your payoneer account that your email and name are fully visible..

Please review your documents again and upload once more on our platform.To avoid unnecessary delays, please provide all your identification documents, making sure that a statement or screenshot is provided for EACH withdrawal or deposit account that has been added to your PPH account.

HI, I am having the exact same issue. I uploaded new picture that had my email and name (FYI the first time I submitted my Payoneer screenshot, it was exactly like the recommended sample. But it got rejected), I uploaded it again with the email and name visible but it still says Not Approved.
