cannot approve proposal - payment cycle loop

I am getting a loop every time that I try to pay to accept a proposal! Card is supposedly fine and I am working to a deadline. Once I click pay and bank auth runs the browser then takes me around to enter my card details in again.

Help!

 

P.s. ive held command to open any necessary pop up windows.
