In one of my Workstream, messages sent to Buyer not delivered, and Seller's messages too not delivered. The buyer has asked for a refund because of this.

 

Have contacted PPH support, still issues are not yet fiixed. I donot want to loss this Buyer.

  Hello Kelly, I now have the same problem with one of my buyer yesterday. After accepting my proposal, sending messages to him are not delivered. He also tried sending me, but also not delivered. Please can you help. I donot want to lose this order like I lost the last one because of this same issues of incommunicado. Thanks
