Deposit still pending!

Help. I have completed a job for someone and she paid me the £40 which was agreed and was held in the escrow account. She then wanted more work done and we agreed on £130 all in and she agreed via message but never deposited it. She had been off ill for a week but she hasn't been online since the 14th March and I needed the money asap. Can PPH contact her or look through our messages to show she agreed to £130?
