Profile application issue

Hi, I've completed my profile twice but only part of the info is showing on my profile page & I can't submit proposals...

What is the normal timescale for approval?

  Hello Team,

  I have updated many of times my profile picture but again and again i am getting email from your side to upload actual profile photo.. Can you please check at your end. 

   I am getting this message while i am going to send proposals:

  " Your application is currently under review.
  In order to send a Proposal, you should get your Seller Application approved "
