Cancelled payments
Hi,
I've been trying for three weeks to get my first job paid for on PPH and things are just getting harder and harder. First you made me wait over 7 days to check my documents so that I could spend my own money. Now you're cancelling payments that a seller has invoiced me for, that I'm happy to pay for. How am I supposed to conduct business using a platform that consistently resists my efforts?
Your logo says, "Job done!" Perhaps you should change it to, "We'll make sure that your job NEVER gets done!"
For the record, the error I'm getting this time is:
"PPH ADMIN - Invoice cancelled, work not completed yet. Seller please raise an invoice only when the job has been completed.Kindly, provide some proof (screenshot, pictures, attachments, etc.) of the delivered work via the workstream. Thank you "
I am in full agreement - the work has not been done yet. The reason for this is, the seller is invoicing me a fee up front as agreed with me. If I can't get the up front payment through your system then the job cannot be started, let alone finished.
Please can you sort this out so that I don't go bust, waiting for PPH? I need it sorting by close of business today, otherwise I'll end up waiting ANOTHER week just to get the job started. Thankyou.
