Hi!

I would like to know if I buy proposal credits, would they be recurring; if the free credits are 15 and I buy 5 credits, would I have 20 credits every month or the 5 credits I have bought would be a one time thing?

  Hi Anam, if you purchase extra proposal credits these will stay with you until you use them up. If you buy an extra 100 proposal credits you will have the extra 100 proposal credits plus your monthly 15 at the beginning of the month. The 100 will never drop off unless you use them, the 100 you buy will 'roll-over' to another month, but any you have left over from the 15 free proposal credits wont 'roll-over'.
