unable to add skills to my profile

I can't add my skills as Business Plan , Presentation and Valuation. I want to complete my profile and start selling.

  I actually had not a good experience while adding my profile information for the first time on the website. I used Firefox and was not able to add the skill. The texbox was not able to pick my skill and when I clicked the link to add skill which is not listed, it suggested that it found a similar skill and if I want to use the existing skill or continue with mine. When I canceled it, the textbox still could not find the skill. So I clicked the link again, entered my skill, and selected the Continue button. After that, the textbox started to search for the existing skill i.e. microsoft dynamics crm.

  It also appears that the search is case sensitive which should not be the case.

  I am unable to add skills either.  Why do all freelance sites have bugs?  Please help.

  I also can't add skills to my profile. Please could you CC me into the solution when the customer support team have solved this?

  its a known and old issue its 23rd feb 2018 and its still not resolved. how to move forward?

  I'm done. 

  This is a deal breaker. How many years now? I'm using the latest of Chrome, at the time of writing this.
