Invoice not paid

Hi I finished a job last Friday and Invoiced as normal, I have worked with the seller since January and he always pays but this week he has not responded to any of my messages but he has seen them and been online, I would like it very much if you can help me get this paid.

  I have opened up a ticket for you with our customer support team and someone will email you soon. There may be a genuine reason for the buyer not being able to respond to messages this week.

  I have had the same problem only not with an ongoing buyer. This is the first time that I have used the site and basically ended up working for nothing. I have done everything that I need to do but basically the buyer took my work and hasn't paid or been in touch. It is appalling
