Hi there,

I got the email below after making changes to my profile which were recommended to me. Could you be a bit more specific about which requirements my profile did not meet? The previous email stated that I should add a profile picture, which I did, and that I should add more detail to the About Me section, which I also did.

This email gives me no indication of why my profile was rejected, could you elaborate?

  Update, I just got an email saying my profile was approved, 5 mins after the email telling me it was denied.

  But I still can't submit job offers. Could you confirm whether my profile is approved or denied?
