making Hourlies

I can not make hourlies.

It is not clear to me what the problem is.

It is a problem at PPH they refuse things for mysterious reasons.

No clear and specific explaination

  HOURLIE:
  THE SHORT DESCRIPTION SHOULD BE MAXIMUM 150 CHARACTERS LONG
  I am having issues trying to enter the Hourlie short description for optimized search results. I keep getting the same error message " The short description should maximum 150 characters long" yet I have tried with exactly 150 characters and less. See attached.
