Genuine Profile Pic

Hello,

I submitted my original application with a photo, but received a reply from PPH stating I had to resubmit my application with a 'genuine profile picture'. I have just submitted a photo of me only to get the same response again. I am trying to upload my pic since last 3 days.

Is this an error?  Any guidance would be much appreciated.
