my payoneer account is marked pending and when i try to raise an invoice i read this message "It seems like you haven't filled in your Personal/Company details, your Tax/Company details and your Paypal or Bank details. Please click here to fill them in before you can create an Invoice." 

Although i sent a screen shot

and it is written "Documentation under review, no further documentation is required at this time." for a long time
