Seller Profile Submission

I have submitted my profile 4 times now and its still asking me for a genuine profile picture and more detail in the about section. I have no idea how I can possibly include any more detail?!  My profile pictures are all clear head shots used on my other profiles on LinkedIn, Upwork etc
