Verification of withdrawal account

Hi,

I loaded the requested document on PPH for the verification of my new Payoneer account details about a month ago, but it still says pending and when I try to make a withdrawal, I'm given an error message saying that I have to verify my account before I can withdraw.

What do I need to do to get the account verified?
