Seller application not approved

Hello,

I keep getting the same email that I need to update my about me section but it's all complete every time. I don't know how to get my profile approved?

Am i missing any information?

  Good Morning.

  I'm trying to do a proposal and the web-site is saying since i opened my account that i can't do it because my seller application is not approved.

  So what can i do about it? 

  I'm looking forward to start to use this web-site.

  I don't know why i am facing this problem now as i am working on this platform from last 4 years and suddenly now when i am going to send proposal this gives me a error as i can't send it as my seller application not approved.
           If we talk about last day everything was going on very smooth. I am expecting a quick response from you so please solve the issue asap so that i can respond to my in process clients asap.
