Automatic Refund - For Active Job??
Dear PPH,
Please tell me why there are automatic refunds on hourlies still in progress?
1. My workstream with the client is active and client is happy
2. No warning emails received from PPH (yes i have checked spam)
I don't understand why i should not be paid for this and with no warning, chat support advises that hourlies should be delivered within 31 days. OK fair but what happens when the client communicates very slowly and in a stage by stage basis.
A project I was working on was refunded out of the blue, even though the workstream was active, files had been sent and client was happy - and also no warning emails sent?
Surely you want us to get paid?
I really feel that something has to be done about these auto refunds, as personally i reiceive no warning of them via email and end up working for nothing.
