PPH name differs to bank details

Hi There,

 

I have added a short abbreviation of my name to PPH.

I have uploaded my bank details with a screenshot of my name and bank details.

These details match the ID I have sent through to PPH at the start to verify my identity.

Please can you help me to confirm that my Bank details and ID match whilst still using a short abbreviation of my name on PPH? Please contact me asap so that I can withdraw my finds. Thank you
