I can't re-submit my application

 When I resubmit my application the page just reloads and nothing happens!

This is the message I've been getting:

"A few changes needed to start selling!

After a close review of your application we've determined that to accept to sell on PeoplePerHour, You need to take the following action: Provide a genuine profile picture."

 and then i have an option to re-submit but it doesn't work :(

 

Please could some help as I am supposed to be doing a week of work experience this week! Thanks!
