Paypal verification documents rejected

Hi,

My Paypal documents have been rejected, and I've had an email telling me it's because of "Documents – PPH account name mismatch.".

What does this mean, and how do I fix it, please? This is my only Paypal account and the email I've had is from a noreply address.
