"GENUINE PROFILE PICTURE"

Hi there,

I submitted my original application with a photo of one of my 3D Models,

however, I received a reply from PPH stating I had to resubmit my application with a 'genuine profile picture'. 

I have submitted a photo of me only (many times already) and is the same over and over again.

Is there any glitch?
