Hello Keyur
Thank you for your message.
To raise an invoice, you have to go to the workstream that you want to get paid for and at the bottom left hand side of the screen next to the text box at the bottom of the workstream, you will find the button to "Raise Invoice". and fill out the invoice form and click 'send'.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
Thank you.Ian, the reason why we do not allow users to see every answer to all questions asked in this community is due to the fact that there can be personal information exchanged or, quite often, answers that only will help that particular person. I hope you find that if you do have any genuine questions you do have the answers here, or if not I can get them for you.
Regards,

Someone will open a support ticket for you soon I expect and the rest of the world will never know how this pans out. For what it's worth I have had payment issues with PPH also where a 3G signal I was using went momentarily. The payment was withdrawn from my account but the PPH system showed it as pending. It's different to your issue but in my case we had to delete invoice and start again. I hope you have luck here anyway.

Hi Kelly and thank you for taking the time to reply to this but my concern still stands! Take a look through all of the questions here (as did I) and see how many receive the response I mention. Furthermore (and this is one you REALLY need to hoist on board) I cannot remember receiving ONE reply from a support ticket raised for me where the agent was able to answer my query without delaying it a further 24-48 hrs while it was sent up to a higher intelligence!
The cynic in me suspects you have only gone to the trouble you have here because I interjected!
Ian
