Finally FIX clarification board!

Hello,

I'm trying to call to action for whole last year and ever more, I've sent few posts and requests here and to support: with no success at all.

Clarification board is very matter tool for us, providers.

Right now from moment when I've asked a clarification question and moment when my question is shows on the clarification board there is a time from 3 to 8 hours! 8 hours, Carl!

Clarification board is the tool for to ask & get a quick clarification before of set bid.

How do you think: 8 hours till a question just arrive to client is the good time?

For that time client will get 20-30 bids, which are often inaccurate, and even wrong at all. But all of that mass will be posted immediately.

How do you think: a client will be waiting of my clarification question after 30 proposals? What is the chances?

Your support told me: we need to moderate questions and that's why so long.

1) 8 hours for to review my question? Really? Your moderators are working about 1-2 hrs per day?

2) I'm always asking real clarification questions and it's delayed for hours. But generic, spammy and not clarifications like "Oh, sir, I want to work with you please contact me" are arriving in minutes from a moment of posting tasks. I've checked it many times.

 

Before of the era of "moderation" everything was good with clarification board: all posted questions are arrived immediately (real and spammy too).

Right now spammy messages going fast, real messages in 8 hours later.

Change it finally! Please remove your moderation (which is absolutely useless!) or make something with speed of moderation.

  I've sent clarifications to two job-posts.

  Now after 10 hours no one of them has been published at all. Good moderation, very professional!

  At yesterday after 5 hours from posting my clarification was declined without of any clear reason.

  What's going on? When finally this "feature" will work?

  I'm struggling with that ridiculous situation for more than year+ already and no even tiny success.

  I'm really, really disappointed.
