    Hi,

     

    I have just got a email for people per hour.com customer support to inform me that I still have £50 in my account that I need to make a decision of what to do.

     

    I would like to withdraw it but I cannot remember the answer to my security questions, so please help me to sort it out. thanks,

    I got that same email about needing to withdraw my balance or losing it.

     

    I requested to withdraw it to be sent to Paypal. It was pending for several days (in fairness, you say it can take four days--although why is beyond me).

     

    But it never came, and now I see those funds were returned to my account. I have made the same request again. Will it go through this time?

    I am still waiting to be contacted regarding what to do to get my £50 back. It has been a frustrating experience since there is nothing more I could do but wait.
