Withdrawal From Account - Bank Pending

Why my bank account is pending and I have been using it all the time for withdrawals?. Today I need my payment as a matter of urgency and its saying my bank account is pending. Please, I need to get answers.

On April 2, 2017, I used this same account and I got my payment..so I want to know what is wrong.

  I need to get this money..because I find it strange that I always receive my transfers using this same account without any problem. I worked so hard for this money to pay my bills and with all the hard work I still cannot pay my bills. Suddenly I am asked for a bank statement to verify my bank account and its the same bank account PPH transfer money to me on April 2, 2017.
