Certificate Ranking Demoted to level #1!!!?

Hi!

 

I need to complain again - this time about my cert level being lowered and I dont know why as I have done nothing wrong and actually been making PPH money by landing more jobs. I need to get this reinstated as you are putting me back down the ladder chasing the wind again. IF this is not sorted I will take my business elsewhere...
