What will I do if the seller is not willing to communicate

I have a prefunded job (catalog design) with 50% deposit in escrow. I don't know what to do since after the seller sent his first draft. The first draft he sent for the catalog was okay. He still communicating with me that time until he sent me a second draft full of blank graphics. I provided the graphics so he don't have an excuse why the graphics are not put together in the 2nd draft he sent.

Looks like I have to fill the catalog by myself as I partially worked on the catalog on the first draft as he needed to go away for 8 hours.

Makes me worried as I already added my money in the escrow. He still not giving me the editable / sourcefiles for the catalog. 

He isn't communicating and keeps ignoring my messages. What will I do?
